Filing fees

The annual filing fees are as follows:

• Where no salespersons will be appointed … $ 100.00
• Where one to ten salespersons will be appointed … $ 300.00
• Where eleven to twenty salespersons will be appointed … $ 400.00
• Where over twenty salespersons will be appointed … $ 500.00

Cheques should be made payable to the Newfoundland Exchequer Account.

Annual filing notices, bond information (if applicable; see sample below) and appropriate licence fee should be forwarded to the Consumer and Financial Services Division head office.
