The Appeal Process

Labour Market Development Agreement (LMDA) and Workforce Development Agreement (WDA) Programs
Programs and services can be discussed with the Client Services Manager in your region. If you are not satisfied with a decision with respect to LMDA or WDA programs and services, you can contact the Client Service Manager in your area. For contact information, please call 1-800-563-6600.

Employment (non E.I.) Programs and Services
The department has an appeal process to ensure that anyone who receives or requests support is given the opportunity to have their circumstances reviewed.
