The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador has partnered with ParticipACTION since 2015. Together, we have developed information, tools and resources to help motivate, educate and inspire Newfoundlanders and Labradorians to sit less, and move more, more often.
We encourage individuals, groups and organizations to download the free ParticipACTION app, designed for use on mobile devices. The app can assist individuals with tracking daily physical activity levels, participate in group challenges, and also provides tips, videos and resources on physical activity for adults.
