1. How do I register with the department as a new consultant?
If you are interested in registering your firm as a new consultant, or need to update your firm’s information, just download the Consultant Registration Form and send it in for review. Once received, your submission will be reviewed and added to our registry. If your firm is already registered you can contact the department for a copy of your previous registration. The department continuously accepts submissions to the registry and requires an update once a year.
2. Where can I find the master specification for buildings?
The Master Specification for Buildings has been replaced by the industry document, NL Master Specification Guide for Public Funded Buildings which is compiled by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure and reviewed by a committee of industry representatives.

Application forms are available at Government Service Centres or are available from the Government Services web site.
